MOU signed with regional industry partners for apprenticeship placements

Turab Academy has signed a memorandum of understanding with three regional manufacturing partners to create paid apprenticeship placements reserved for our graduates, beginning this autumn quarter.

Each partner has committed to a fixed number of placements per quarter, a named supervisor for every apprentice, and a structured rotation through maintenance, automation, and quality teams. Placements are paid from day one — we do not believe unpaid 'experience' is a fair price for skilled work.

Selection is based on capstone performance and instructor recommendation, and every placement is reviewed with the partner after the first month. Our goal is simple: a direct, honest path from a Turab Academy bench to a professional one.
